We may also receive personal information from third parties. If we do, we will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy.

We deal with your personal information for a number of reasons, including without limitation to fulfil orders, to assist you with your on-line purchase and to deal with your inquiries, to name a few. We hope that by doing this, we can strive to continue to improve our products and service that we offer to you.

We will not collect, use or disclose sensitive information (such as information about racial or ethnic origins or political or religious beliefs) except with your specific consent, for a particular purpose that is directly related to Primary Purpose or other circumstances permitted in the Australian Privacy Law. We may at times disclose your personal information to someone overseas. Before we do so, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such disclosure does not breach the Australian Privacy Law in relation to your personal information. Please note, however, that this does not apply when you consent to us to make such disclosure of your personal information or if we are allowed or required by law to make a cross-border disclosure of your personal information.

Your personal information is held and stored on paper, by electronic means or both. We are committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. We have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard personal information and take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is protected from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

There are inherent risks associated with the transmission and exchange of information. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk and we do not guarantee the security of transmission of data. • The request for access is frivolous or vexatious
  • The information relates to existing or anticipated legal proceedings between you and us, and would not be accessible by the process of discovery in those proceedings
  • Giving access would reveal our intentions in relation to negotiations with you in such a way as to prejudice those negotiations
  • Giving access would be unlawful
  • Denying access is required or authorised by or under Australian law or a court/tribunal order
  • We have reason to suspect that unlawful activity, or misconduct of a serious nature, that relates to our functions or activities has been, is being or may be engaged in and that giving access would be likely to prejudice the taking of appropriate action in relation to the matter
  • Giving access would be likely to prejudice one or more enforcement related activities conducted by, or on behalf of, an enforcement body; or
  • Giving access would reveal evaluative information we have generated in connection with a commercially sensitive decision-making process.
